Fantastic, sadly retired, keychain knife.
The best edc keychain knife ever made really. Its only flaw is the flashlight and pen replace the tweezers and toothpick, but this likely doesnt matter if you carry a full-size swiiss knife with those tools aswell.

Its pricey but convenient and versatile
I carry this little knife around in my pocket with me everyday. It is lightweight and has a lot of stuff i find really useful in a compact package. I really like the little scissors for trimming finger nails. The little flashlight is handy on a dark night when you are trying to find stuff like a door lock or your way up some unlighted steps. I usually bring a pen with me, but sometimes forget and the little pen that slides in and out of the knife turns out to be really handy to writing short notes. The knife is handy as all knifes are when you need a sharp edge. I use it mostly for opening packages. Need a bottle opener, its got one. I've had a knife like this before and it lasted a long time until I loaned it to a friend and he liked it so much I let him keep it. I think it is over priced, but to me its worth it.

Flexable
I've carried one of these midnight managers knifes for about 15 years. I carry it every day and use it almost every day. Holds and edge better than most knives and has enough tools to get 98% of all my jobs done. I've had to use the flashlight many times when I had no other way to light anything. One great knife!

It won't replace your Leatherman, or the terrific Amazon alternatives, but it's way easier to carry!
I own eight Victorinox Swiss Army knives (including that big one) and they've all given GREAT service and keep an edge better than most of the alternatives to be found at or below their price point. I did have one red "scales" (the sides) come off, but I was actually able to repair it with some Cyanoacrylate. I think they can be bought, but I'm fairly cost conscious and while I didn't check into it, I wouldn't be surprised if Victorinox wouldn't consider the red "scales" to be "wear items" and therefore not covered. (If I'm wrong, someone please post a correction.) It's a GREAT and inconspicuous everyday carry!

This is the best pocket knife ever...so small & yet has everything you could possibly need in something that's a third of the size of a biro. The blade on mine is still razor sharp 3 years later & if I needed to butcher a large cow it'd take a while. The bottle opener with posi-head srewdriver has been handy The nail file I must admit I've not used much except to use the flat head screw head to leaver stuff off & repair things. Scissors/nail clippers still very sharp Pen... tiny & you'd run out of ink if you needed to write a novel Torch... rubbish in the daytime as you'd expect but bloody handy when it gets dark. If you're planning on scaling Everest to write a novel on wire stripping & may encountering large beasts which you're going to need to defend yourself from.. then this isn't the swiss army knife I'd recommend. BUT if you need a handy little multi-tool whilst sipping your latte it's perfect.

The classic manager or this midnite manager is the best 58mm knife. Every tool is functional, unlike the meatier minichamp, which has some superfluous tools. The combo bottle opener and Philips screwdriver is an absolute gem to use. No real point in buying a Signature model which comes without the combo tool. Pen extremely useful when used in conjunction with the nail file, which acts as an extender for a more comfortable and longer grip. The pen is also pressurised which makes it extremely versatile, being able to write upside down. Nice bright white LED and of course the ever useful scissors. Blade great for bringing my wood pencils to a super fine point. So many daily uses in such a small package. BRILLIANT!!

The best useful keychain urban edc. I'm running outta words. In short, a valuable asset for any minimalistic edc snob.
