Will I definitely receive the new black version?

2/2023 The knife I received is dark or smokey grey — could easily pass for black. The handle inserts are extremely coarse — similar to 80 grit sandpaper, enabling a secure grip.

How do you slide it on a belt. The clip doesn't work

It’s not meant to be s belt clip. Just a belt snap or pant snap. It’s primarily set up for a boot style clip to the top of the boot.... or just inside of the pants. Ulti clip is one of the best... for secure hold. Good luck.
