Shoe Cleaning Kit, 5 Pieces consisting of 2 Polishing Brushes, 2 Cream Brushes and 1 Cleaning Brush

The top two brushes in the pic are soft buffers. The two on the left are polish/dubbin applicators. The bottom right brush is a brush that's stiff enough to brush dried mud from leather yet soft enough not to damage the leather. So far, I've only used one of the applicator brushes and the mud brush. The bristles seem well secured in that they couldn't be pinched out with finger nails or rough use. The handles on the applicators facilitate use without getting the hands messed up with polish. The handle on the mud brush appears cleverly sized and shaped to easily brush or scrape mud. To give an idea of size, the pic below has a magazine page as a backdrop. Another pic shows a boot brushed with dubbin with the applicator brush.

Having read a number of negative review on Amazon for this product I was nearly put off buying these shoe brushes. I went ahead anyway figuring that if they were really that bad I could just return them. As of this moment I am really pleased with them. A selection of useful brushes (2 for putting on polish, 2 for buffing and 1 for initial dirt removal) that have nicely made wooden handles and all bristles seem to remaining in place. I do not think i could ask for more at this price..as for their longevity, we will have to see.

Product as described, however, I paid delivery on this item but it was placed in the same box as an electric blanket that was supposed to be free delivery! I was also charged delivery on the so called "free delivery" item. It is not the first time that Amazon has pulled this stunt on me.

i may have put 3 stars for softness but---my husband wanted them for cleaning and buffing up his shoes--especialy his golf shoes!!! these do the trick--there is a hard brush to tackle the mud and grass and also soft brushes to buff!!! good all rounders will even do his leather trainers

Everything you need (I’d say for each colour of polish you’re going to need extra brushes) to clean your boots and shoes from muddy boots to dress shoes. A stiff scrubbing brush, 2 relatively large plus 2 smaller “wax on - wax off” brushes add versatility. I use them exclusively on my hiking boots with very waxy Altberg Leder Gris, and use the larger brushes for clear colour and the smaller 2 for the occasional top up of brown colouring. I’d buy the same again for black boots if I add a second pair or need to do work on my motorbike boots.
