My granddaughter is a 7 so which size should I get?

I bought one size bigger. My daughter is a 12, ordered 14. Has some room to grow.

What chest and waist is a 12+???

I couldn't for sure give inches size but a 12+ would be close to a girls reg14 waist sz. Hope that helps :-)

Does glitter come off the design?

My daughter has been wearing these for about two months and I don't feel like the glitter comes off. If it does, it's not a lot because I haven't noticed! FYI, I only put these pajamas in the dryer for about 10 minutes and then I take them out to hang dry.
