Great product and effective
It works well to deter scratching. If you leave it on too long it'll bond to the surface though, making it difficult to remove. I left it on the couch for over a year. Don't do that

Very sticky tape that seems to really work!
We have two eight-month old kittens who are pretty well behaved. One of them, however, is determined to jump up on our smooth-top stove and walk all over our silestone countertops. First, I tried some old Scat Mats that I had used for our first cats, but to no avail. Next I tried some aluminum foil on top the Scat Mats and even extended it beyond the mats, along with leaving things on the counter to take up extra space. Nope! Then I tried a spray that I bought that kept his sister off of my hanging plant. I thought it worked, until he appeared next to me as I was working at the sink. I can attest to how sticky this tape is since I came up with a pattern to use it more efficiently to cover a greater area. After removing the first tape, I tried doing it and ended up with more tape on me than on the counter! In my defense, it was late at night and I was really tired! I think it will work! I highly recommend this tape since it is the only thing, that has truly worked, along with my other methods, to keep this very determined kitten off of our countertops! I have even bought a second roll because I think I will need it for a long time.

Above average
The product is easy to use, it unfurls well and then the split down the middle of the back wrapper makes it easier to release the stickiness on the opposite side. It’s almost clear and very shiny so my cat is able to walk around where we’ve positioned it on the table. It’s not as thick as I’d like for quality but it’s overall pretty good for what it costs.

It's double sided adhesive, point blank!
So I tested it out because I have multiple cats and have been a victim and tired of being a victim 😮💨✋ SUMMARY, IT WORKS! 1. First off, for people who say it ruins their fibers of their couch when removing yeah, it's an adhesive. Treat it like second skin on a tattoo. Remember to pull UP so air can catch underneath the adhesive and use water to aid when beginning to peel and when the adhesive feels like it's too restrictive for minimal to no damage. 2. 4/5 of my cats expect my oldest bc she fr likes to test me literally stopped touching my couch even the little demon spawn from the thickest part of heII wouldn't even touch the couch, however this resorted to her to chase said oldest cat unfortunately. Oldest cat won't touch tape, but she'll go above tape HOWEVER, I do have an ottoman pull out couch so it's my fault I didn't cover the top portion 3. Hair will stick, your blankets, and even sometimes you, that being said keep your area around it clean but even when the stickiness went away rip my orange couch blanket it still was effective on keeping my cats away from my couch 🤞 4. It's thicc thick and you get the value for your money, honestly I not only use it for my furniture but I also use it elsewhere around the house. I still have a lot of the roll left 5. Cat lick proof idk why cats love licking tape adhesive but I have not caught the weirdo of my cat licking it so that's a plus lmfao 6. Yes this worked on my cats nails who I lack on trimming often. My cats will sometimes go months without a trim HOWEVER I do sometimes trim their nails. The demon spawn does get her nails trimmed more frequently than the rest If you don't have a cat tree, or scratching post and wonder why your cat is scratching your couch this is why and you're still wondering why your cats are scratching your couch when they have both of those, pls take a look at what fabric your posts are made of lol it's not their fault just takes a little learning time :)

It Worked for Us!
I'm a big fan of this stuff. We used the entire packet on the key areas our cat was scratching and presto - no more claw marks! Almost a year later, the pieces still applied to the bottom of our sofa and loveseat are still sticky and firmly attached. I've removed at least one section from our upholstery and noted no damage. For context, we applied this to a velvet-type sofa and woven fabric loveseat.

Didn’t work as expected
Although it worked for one cat, the other one tried to rip it off. I don’t think I would purchase this product again.

Exactly what I wanted
I was really skeptical of this at first but decided to try it to keep my cat from scratching at the carpet and doors. It works perfectly. It lasts a long time and when you need to replace it it’s super easy.

The only thing that worked for puppy chewing!
I have a puppy who decided she wanted to chew my brand new carpet edges and my brand new couch. Both are velvety materials making other tapes nearly impossible to stick to the surface. I tried double sided carpet tape, gorilla tape, duct tape and even puppy bitter chew spray to deter my dog. The other tapes I tried would not stick at all. In fact it seemed like my furniture was coated in oil the tape slipped off immediately. Nothing worked at all until I tried this cat scratch tape. It’s is thin and pliable and easy to use. The price is very cheap compared to all of the other remedies I tried . It does feel sticky on both sides. However, my robot vacuum still worked beautifully ontop of the tape. It is also hardly noticeable. Even though it appears thin, it works great and is super strong ! It also does not leave any tacky residue when you pull it off. Very sticky! Great product!! You won’t regret buying this!

Damaging surfaces!
Don’t buy this product. Left sticky traces I am struggling to remove. So upsetting as other tape never done this!

Absolute rubbish
This product has extremely poor adhesion. It fell off the couch the second l applied it. Totally ineffective product that is not worth the money.

use a box cutter
this stuff works great and it’s very sticky. It may need to be pressed down a few times to stick to your upholstery but once it’s on there it’s on there well and good. Make sure you use a box cutter (as per instructions on the outside of the tape role when you receive it) you do a slight cut and bend the tape over and Peel. It’s much easier than trying to separate it on your own.
