Highly recommended, great watch with heart rate monitor, step pedometer, sleep tracker, calorie counter, time, alarm, sedentary alert and message alert. I really like this fitness watch. It is easy to set up and use, when adding your device to connect with the app make sure your Bluetooth is switched on, open your app on the H Band, you then have to select the correct band from the search list, then slide the screen of your watch to wake up the device to complete the connection to the app. It does everything I need it to do and more. Super easy to charge, the straps pull out and the body of the bracelet plugs into a usb cable. This one charges really quickly which is good. The app can be used on both IOS and Android. The touch key is very sensitive so it's no trouble to check your stats or the time. The heart rate monitor seems responsive and accurate. It has an alarm clock and an idle reminder function to warn you when you've not moved for a while. It measures miles, speed, average pace, calories burned, steps and heart rate. You can set targets and goals on it too. The sports mode isn't accessible if the battery is too low though. It also can warn you calls and text messages. It's an impressive fitness tracker watch for the price and made from a smooth and very comfortable material. I'm very happy with it and I think the colour is gorgeous. Well worth the money.

Good value for the price, only downside is the battery life. Has to be recharged every day or two so don’t buy if you are needing a longer charge. If this can be improved upon, it would be excellent!

I'm very grateful. I hope my reply will help others. [How to Connect the fitness tracker] (1)Download and install the "H Band" app in your phone. (2) Open all permissions. H Band allows the following permissions, Camera, Contacts, Location, Microphone, SMS, Storage and Telephone. Then Open the bluetooth of your phone and make sure it is on. (Don't connect the fitness tracker directly via the bluetooth, follow the next step). (3)Enter the app->Click "Mine"->Click "Connect a device"->Find the ny06 bluetooth name then connect it successfully. [Phone can't connect to Bluetooth] In some Android systems, Bluetooth cannot be connected to the phone, which does not affect the APP connection to Bluetooth. [Keep "H Band" running in the background] Power consumption protection setting For Android 6.0 has udated its mode of power management,when user has no interaction with H Band, the system will determine whether to clean H Band to extend battery life.If you want to use H Band for a long time without being cleaned up, You should set up power consumption protection (HUAWEI) → Settings → Battery → Clean application when locking screen → H Band → Not clean (SAMSUNG) → Settings → Battery management → Unmonitored applications → Add H Band Autorun settings If there are too many applications running in the same time period on mobile phone, they will be more and more resources,thus causing system breakdown.To save memory and ensure the fluidity of system,Android system will clean up the H Band.If you Want to use H Band for a long time without being cleaned up,you should set up autorun

I rarely ever leave a written Amazon review, so that tells you a bit of my experience with the item. So i ended up having to order this twice since the item was not actually put in the box in the first order. Unsure if that is an Amazon issue or a seller issue but frustrating nonetheless. Design and comfort - so it is far from premium feeling, which for a budget product I was kind of expecting, however sits rather uncomfortably on the wrist. Bluetooth Pairing - well inititally, it would not pair at all. I have a Samsung S9+ and it refused to pair. I had to download several bluetooth sniffing apps to get the H Band software to find the watch. After this remaining paired is fairly inconsistent. I often have to close the app and reopen it, then re-pair the watch to get the two to remain connected. Sleep tracking - Very hit or miss. Quite often the sleep data wont show in the app until after lunchtime. The sleep data also is very inaccurate - not registering when I get up to go to the bathroom and registering I am in deep sleep at the time. Heart Rate Monitor - Again ranges widely. I set it to give me a warning when I go above a certain BPM however goes off when I am sat resting. Step counter - Again very inaccurate. Registers steps when I am sat down, then doesn't register them when I go on a long walk. The only good thing I can say for it is I like the red clock face and it has good battery life- but for an item that is not the cheapest smart watch on the market, and one that has a 5* rating, I am very disappointed.

I'm very pleased with this smart fitness tracker watch and also very impressed. Its great value for money and has everything I need. On the actual watch itself it has the time & date, step counter, calorie counter, heart rate monitor and you can also track long walk, run or bike. Its really easy to set up (instructions are very simple) - just download the H Band app on your phone. It then also tracks your sleep patterns (as well as tracking your steps etc). I also love that you can have message notifications on the watch. You can basically read the message (by scrolling down) and once read, the notification disappears. You can choose what notifications you receive and can include texts, WhatsApp, Facebook, calendar, LinkedIn and others. Notifications can also be set to alert you of an incoming call although you cant accept the call on the watch (or reply to messages). It's a vibrating alert on the watch which is set perfectly. Another great feature is that you can set a do not disturb time window in the app when you dont want to receive notifications (ie sleep time). I got the black one and it looks great and is comfortable to wear. I'd agree with some of the other reviews that it's a little tricky at first to get the watch part itself out from the straps for charging purposes but dont let this put you off. Charges really quickly (use USB cable to connect to computer) and it has a battery charging indicator which shows how charged it is and shows a Charging dynamic icon within it once its charged. My first charge lasted 6 full days before it started to show a low battery indicator which I was pleased with. Definitely recommended this product.

Quite a impressive product for the money but keep away from water. Must say that I was impressed with this product (until it got wet). Screen is good and functionality as described and no issues with connecting to phone. So if you want something and don't require it to get wet then go ahead. I took this in the pool and was only splashing around with the children (so well within the claimed IP67 limits). The touch screen stopped responding and then the screen totally gave up the ghost. So returned. Shame really, quite liked it.

Only issue is that I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app almost everyday since I got the item. I have a Huawei P20 so I'm not sure if it's the phone or the app itself. On the plus side its comfortable to wear, easy to set up and very accurate.
