Generally speaking, tactical pens are heavy and not easy to write with. They're big and long. This one works pretty well, though. The end cap comes off and screws over the light portion. This is handy because you can still use the stylus and write without removing anything else. The pen is smooth writing and doesn't require a lot of pressure. The light is pretty bright, but a little tough to perfect the on-off sweet spot. The stylus is better than many I've used. Unfortunately, I was using the pen for something I shouldn't of and ripped the stylus off...so beware of the cute little tip.Also, it's snug, but will fit in my flight suit pen pocket so it's always handy.Overall, my favorite (of my many) tactical pens

Very disappointed, batteries were dead when got pen. (Looks like one button battery might be damage, because different color then rest.) I Can not find these button cell batteries in any store , so frustrated because can not replace them. Pen cap is suppose to screw on over light end. IT DOES NOT UNLESS YOU PLAY WITH IT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES. Then once screw cap on - the screwing of the cap on turns on pen light, killing batteries. I work as an ATC/L and needed a combo light & pen for work. Pen works fine & feels good in hand, but that is it. Rest of the features not good. Very DISAPPOINTED IN PRODUCT. Would return it but already opened it and using just pen accept of defense pen. Sad to say CAN NOT Recommend, look for alternatives.

I wouldn’t give this as a gift unless you want to lose a friend. Worked for about 1 hour then it was worthless

Arrived with a dead battery and broken switch for the light. Low quality junk.

Not an Uzi pen, cheap no name knock off, no instructions, no way to activate flashlight, no way to retract pen tip, does write on any thing it touches including pocket or any clothing it touches. Refill might be most valuable component.

Counterfeit junk. No name on item. No marking on box. No paperwork/no instructions/ battery or ink refill info...no information at all. Batteries dead in flashlight. It’s a replica uzi type pen. What waste of my time ordering this junk. Returned it to amazon for refund.
