Laser level
Good product at a very reasonable price. The 1st laser level had a fault but the customer care team where fantastic and sent a replacement out which arrived within days and which works fine. Defo recommend this product and company.

Very good
an excellent tool for both DIY projects and more precise work. The self-leveling feature works quickly and accurately, and I love that it can also be locked into manual mode for angled use. The green laser is bright and very easy to see, even in well-lit rooms, and the adjustable brightness modes are a great bonus for saving battery life. The magnetic bracket is sturdy and makes setup super convenient, plus it fits easily on a tripod. Overall, it’s reliable, easy to use, and a fantastic value for the price!

Difficult to lock
Overall a good product and value for money. Accuracy is difficult to assess as I don’t have a calibrated level to check it against (although I could use a spirit level over short distance). In daylight at distances over 2m the (red) laser lines are not easy to detect against most surfaces and over longer distances they become more difficult to see, especially in bright sunlight. Indoors there is no problem. The self levelling seems to work well but is very sensitive to any movement and when trying to lock the device the lasers move, so getting an accurate fixed point is not easy. Haven’t tried it on a tripod yet but magnetic bracket is good and gives strong connection to metal surfaces.

Way better than a normal level
Makes DIY jobs a lot easier than messing around with a regular spirit level. The green laser is really clear and easy to see, even in daylight. Having both horizontal and vertical lines is super handy for lining things up. The brightness settings are a nice touch too. The magnetic bracket is decent but I’d say get a stand as well for more flexibility. Solid bit of kit and definitely a step up from the usual bubble levels.

Solid laser level, cant fault it
Product works really well, i was doing some framing outside because im making a shed, never used a laser level before but now that i have i can never go back, it is super accurate and easy to use. Has really good battery life and looks very strong and rigid, has survived some minor impacts.

Height is an issue
My main issue with this is, if you want to put something up high like a photo frame, you have to use a huge tripod to give this thing that same height - you can't just tilt it upwards as it will never settle as straight. Or find a surface the same height (e.g. a shelf). Also its a bit too accurate (sounds like one of those interview questions about your greatest weakness!) as when you make small adjustments - even using a tripod - as soon as you let go of it, it'll go flashing red instead of solid green as you've breathed too hard or your cat just walked past. The lock is not to be confused with a way to lock it off to put it away, that's actually the auto vs manual switch, so you probably should remove the batteries when you put it in its case as touching the rubber button will turn it on. Seller says this is 360 degrees, well that just plain rubbish, it only projects the lines forward, that's 180. I mean if you find yourself locked in a tiny box David Blaine style, then it may wrap the beam around the walls a bit but we're not breaking the laws of physics with a £30 laser. And no, horizontal plus vertical does not count! Three pages of instructions are useless of course - most of that was to cover the "lock" switch. So that's the negatives aside, on with the positives! It's rugged - the thing itself is rubberised ABS i'd say (like a decent drill) and the case and packaging it comes in is well made. It's bright - it easily lit down my hallway and across the room even in pretty bright (well, England in March) sunlight indoors. The 1/4" 20 connector is useful as you couldn't really use this without a tripod - even a webcam tripod would help. The magnetic arm is obviously using neodymium - almost took the paint off my radiator - so isn't going to fall off if you clip it to a boiler or something. I don't think it'd hold onto studs in plasterboard though. Went around the house feeling quite smug that frames and shelves I'd put up pretty much just by eye were perfectly straight, also quite impressed that the builders got the walls almost right.

Get your pictures and mirrors dead straight.
I was really impressed with this laser level. It’s easy to use and levels itself quickly. The green laser is very bright and easy to see, even in daylight. The magnetic bracket is solid and lets you rotate it easily. Great for DIY jobs around the house, especially hanging pictures, which has always been a problem for me, but I was able to get it dead straight with this level. A great product and fantastic value for money.

A good unit for DIY!
Love this little laser unit! It has been super useful for DIY. It comes with a mount for tripods or you can put it on a flat surface. The controls were a little confusing at first but essentially you have the ability to turn it on, change between red and green lasers, and then a sliding button that lock and unlocks the gimballed laser. I don’t know why you would want to lock it into place but you can if you need. The clarity is good, even in daytime. Battery life hasn’t been a problem but then I’ve not used it massively.
