BEAST is such a great supplement company. I've personally been taking Creature for going on ten years. It is the only supplement that will not change, everything you need in a creatine with decent enough optimizers as a plus.

Decided to try this product after reading a number of reviews. Although I am skeptical of reviews after reading and watching videos about review scams being so common these days. I took a chance and no regrets. This is one of the best blends of creatine I have ever tried. My workout consists of swimming, HIIT and weight training. This product satisfies my entire workout routine. I have endurance, focus, and strength when I need it. Bonus is, recovery is quick and no side effects such as bloating! The result is immediate and now I'm hooked. Thank you BEAST!

I have never tried any creatine before, so this was my first go at it. Took 3 before and 3 after every workout. This was the only product I was using by the way. Anyway, 2 months later, I have gained 15lbs! I'm at 160 right now, trying to get up to 180. But, right now I am almost out, and I will not buy it again, just because I have stopped seeing some gains the past month. I just feel if I give another product a try, and come back to this (hopefully), the gains will return. So overall, this is a great product, and I do recommend it. But I did hit a plateau, although I have heard almost all creatines to do this; that is the only reason why I am trying something else for now.

This was a great way to get the creatine and at roughly the same price as the powder form. I will say that the powder gives you quicker absorption but this is for those who want it on the go. Just remember to drink plenty of water. I'd say at least 32 oz.

I'm about 3.5 weeks into the bottle and the effects are impressive. I've added roughly 12 lbs. mass, and increased my bench press over 40 lbs (from 225 lb for reps to 265). For the price, and what I perceive to be great quality, you can't beat this product. Just follow the directions for use closely and POUND water because- as with any creatine mono- this can be dehydrating and hard on your kidneys. Definitely haven't noticed any adverse effects otherewise.

I've been taking creature for two weeks now and I can tell you that it works! The capsules are easy to swallow and with no taste so that's a plus I take three before workout and 3 immediately after and I find my reps and strength level has gone up noticeably cause my workout partner can't keep up with me.. On my off days I take 3 first thing before breakfast and 3 before bedtime. I highly recommend this product

They're overpriced creatine pills. I bought them when I didn't know as much. If creatine monohydrate and caffeine aren't doing it for you look into other supplements. Beta alanine, yohimbine, tyrosine. Racetams maybe.

Beast Creature is a great creatine. You can just keep going with no soreness. If you're looking to see fast results, this stuff is great. I notice when am on creatine it effects my libido. Even when I used other brands of creatine I notice the drop in my libido but once I stop taking it, it goes back to normal. I know creatine effects people differently but for me, this does happen. Some will say it's not true, but for me it's very true.
