No, it does not. It comes in a little plastic bag.

Where is the broche close? Top or bottom ? If on top on it opens the broche will slide off😥.

Top. I bought J, M and I. J and M came with a nice clasp that you just insert/slide the pin into. The ‘I’ came with a cheap clasp that turns to close but clasp doesn’t stay shut. Hope this helps

Can this pin be used to hold eye glasses?

No .... this pin is not adequate for supporting eyeglasses. Try something a little larger and Q or O shape. I found that works better. I have a couple that works great.
