Needed to replace the stock tail piece on my Xavier, Les Paul, because it had no give on the posts, and was very difficult to raise or lower. I never purchased Metallir hardware before, and I chose this because it was the best price with the best reviews Let me tell you it’s solid heavy had no sharp ends no scratches, and its posts and the detail piece itself fit perfectly. It may be in my imagination, but I think my sustain increased with this part. Even if it is not the case, the part has done everything I needed to do, and really has exceeded my expectations.

It’s a great tailpiece for cheap. Nice, tight fit on my LP. Worth the money, specially since it’s cost efficient.

I bought 2 of them. I converted my 2 guitars with gold accessory parts. It fit the epiphone les Paul frehley tribute guitar perfectly. The Gibson studio les Paul did not have the proper size holes to fit the receptacles so I had to drill holes out larger and install with wood glue. I would have preferred to not do it that way but it worked out ok

I thought the angled stoptail on my Gretsch Electromatic Double Jet looked too faux vintage, so I replaced it with this product. It fit perfectly and as you can imagine there isn't any functionality or tonal difference. I couldn't find any quality problems with the stoptail. In one of the images you can see that the strings seem to line up perfectly - if anything looks "off" there, it's just the photo - in person the string holes looked exactly the same. Ironically, now seeing it with the flat stoptail, it looks a little too plain and like it's trying too hard to look like a LP DC, lol. If you've got one of these, you can take a look at the image to help you decide. Anyway, the product looked flawless and I can swap back and forth during string changes if I want.

Very nice flawless finish. Way better than Kaish I bought a Kaish before this. I threw it out. The finish was horrible. However. It came with the dowels, it was missing the height adjustment screws. They contacted me quickly and sent me the missing pieces. Very happy.

Pretty decent amount of pitting in the plating. Debating on sending it back and trying another one and see what I get. It's a pretty low price so adjust expectations accordingly.

It’s fine for the price, you can’t screw up a tail stop. Beware of the tune o magic bridge though. Poor quality on the machining
