Does this cage come with a stand? If so, does it have wheels?

No stand. This cage is too thin and flimsy. I sent it back.

Can you hang this cage from a hook?

We have ours mounted against a wall on two hooks and it works well however, I don't think that you can hang it from the ceiling or a stand from the top. It would be too unstable and too much weight on one stress point.
