My 7 year old nephew has been suffering from severe coughing fits, especially at night, which has had a very bad effect on his sleep quality as it impacted on his breathing. He was diagnosed with asthma but the pumps made very little difference. I thought it might be sinus related and tried lots of things, then found this. Absolutely brilliant. Is unblocking the nose but is very uncomfortable to dropping in the kids nose especially if they are small as you are pressing and you are not understanding how many drops it went inside 😆

I bought this for me, not my kids! Good: struggling with sinus infection for 3 weeks, using salt rinse in neti pot which usually works, and was working until I stopped then within days the infection was back. It thought I'd give this a go as I'd seen ppl using something similar on the net & they said it was effective. Two days, 3 x day & it seemingly finished off the infection! It hasn't come back ( 5 days so far) Bad: I kept going after 2 days of using the drops even tho there was no sign of the infection at that point, but thought I'd better make sure I'd knocked it out. On day 3 the drops started to cause quite severe irritation & soreness - not good - got quite painful. These drops contain xylitol and grapefruit seed extract. Anyone who has tried GSE knows it is pretty strong stuff. So here's the thing - it may just be me & my super sensitive schnoz, but I would be *very careful* using this freely on babies and very young children (which the instructions say you can do) - because they can't tell you if it's causing a problem ...if bubs starts screaming after you've used this it may not be the sinus infection giving them grief but the drops ! I'll keep using them as a backup to my salt rinse & neti, but not for more than 2 days.

This is a great and gentle product for kids. At the core, these are normal saline drops, but the Xylitol helps fight off bacteria.

It is not a spray, they are nasal drops. That was very disappointing as the package says spray, and drops are hard to apply in toddlers

We have been using Xlear for the last year for my toddler and whilst the product itself is wonderful, I would really appreciate a call from the delivery driver upon arrival next time so that the package doesn’t sit in the sun for three hours and gets damaged. Other than this, the spray has been the only helpful tool for my son’s blocked nose and after trying all the types of saline water nasal sprays, I can honestly say this doesn’t compare- it’s quick and efficient and it actually has a nice taste which he approves of.

I got this for my child and it works effectively! It clears sinuses and helps with congestion. It’s very gentle and it doesn’t sting . It loosens up the mucous and clears the airways and helps to breathe better during cold !

It's great! It clears up my little one's nose quickly and painlessly. I like that the xylitol is antibacterial.
