Directions Carefully insert the stiff threader tip in between teeth, implants, bridgework or braces. Pull out the thread to allow the brush section to sweep out food debris and plaque deposits. Instead of pushing and pulling the soft yarn brush thread back and forth, just insert in one side then pull out on the other side in one motion to evacuate debris and bacteria that cause plaque and other tooth and gum diseases. This is a great product. I just have a problem from the packaging. It needs to change back to the original. It is very difficult to get the product out of the box and it ends up in a tangled mess.

This floss is a little thick for getting under my bridges. But when you get the hang of it, it does a very nice job.

I've been using these for years on advice of my dentist. Work great on both implants and bridges with never a problem threading them between on both.
