Can i use it to maintain ph and preservation of scleral lenses? Currently i am using gp fresh by silverline labs.

From my experience for past 9years, Boston Simplus is better than GP fresh for long wearing comfort. While GP fresh has evolved certain improvements and packaging, but not par with comfort offered by Boston simplus. Additional recommendations is to use GP care (purecon) for cleaning, a soap like solution to intense cleaning. Do it everyday before storing your lense with Boston Simplus.
