Easy to swallow. I have been taking these pills for almost 4 months and I promise they work my hair is growing. I even took a picture of my hair in the front to show that this stuff right here is bomb! this product right here is amazing I can’t stop saying how much my hair has improved length wise and thickness After I started taking this medication my hair doesn’t fall out and my skin feels amazing and if you want to heal fast after delivering a baby naturally this is your go to it literally gets back to normal like you never had a baby. I only use Bluebonnet because they are certified gluten free. I am hoping this helps strengthen my hair.

Really works well
I read the reviews on this vitamin and decided to try it. After a couple of weeks I noticed my fingernails didn't chip any more I could use my fingernails to open items and not have them chip or tear. I am very impressed with the results.
