Adrenal Support & Cortisol Manager Supplement - Ashwagandha, 90 Capsules

I am one of those people that never believed in supplements honestly. Well I Do now. I have adhd and high anxiety. I was taking medication for both of these for YEARS! I've been taking this along with flaxseed oil capsules for about 3 weeks now. I no longer need my anxiety medication or adhd medication. I don't know why guys but I don't care. I started with 2 pills instead of the 3 because again, I was taking 2 pills already prescribed by my Dr, 2 of these, and 1 flaxseed oil along with multiple energy drinks because I was always exhausted. Now I take 3 of these and 1 flaxseed oil only and have motivation for the days. Pros: I sleep soundly WITHOUT melatonin and MY stupid active brain shuts off. I haven't even really thought about snacking when I get home and I'm a bad snacker. I have to remember to eat during the day because I'm honestly just not hungry. I literally am happy every single day and haven't had my explosive/unpredictable anger/anxiety surge in 2 weeks. It slowly worked and I didn't even know it. I was able to focus on task I needed to do, had the motivation to move, and didn't need all the caffeine I usually do. I have regular digestion now. I use to "go" once every other day.. now it's everyday sometimes more than once. I haven't been as bloated. Cons: none.. I don't get gittery. I don't crash. Get this. Give it a couple of weeks yall. I have been able to get off my chemically bound prescriptions, have happier better days, and I'm pretty sure I'm losing weight because I've just been active and not snacking anymore naturally.

This kind of thing can be a hard call, everyone is so different. Using so many different things looking for that extra energy and strength as the age rolls on. In general this kind of thing works if it is all legit and pure. There can be issues at every step. Occasional severe Itching, feeling nautilus, irritable, sleeplessness. You need to be aware of your own body, So, deal with it. Things will level out when the heavy construction is over. Check with a reliable MD if needed. When things are changing, some times there are uncomfortable results for a bit. Slow down drink plenty of clean water, watch the sugar, and salt, and mineral intake, eat good nutritious food, it you are breaking these guidelines chances are your results will not be good no matter what you take. Lemon juice is great to level things out while the body heals. These types of supplements are to heal the body, not always make you feel instantly good. I find that they work well and make a difference when used wisely. It also seems good to change them up, I have several different ones that I alternate with. Popping a pill will not give you a new life, true health is work and study.

I have been taking this product for a year and love how I feel on it. That being said, I ordered it March 3 and it is now March 17 and no sign of it yet. Amazon can't help with where it might be so that leaves me to wonder if it was ever shipped. Thus a 4 star instead of the.5 I would have given it.

This helps me so much on functioning during the day. Helps with depression and energy.

I’ve bought 4 bottles of this so far and feel a difference after taking it consistently. This is a powerhouse of good ingredients. Most other adrenal supplements ingredients are a joke compared to this product. I’ve also seem supplements for adrenal support that have some of the ingredients that this product has for double the price. I found myself taking larger doses of this to feel the full effect, but I’m also 6’3 and over 200lbs. I definitely think it helps and like taking it. If you are a very sensitive person who tends to have a lot of reactions and allergies to supplements, this probably isn’t for you, it has strong ingredients, the pills have a strong taste and smell, not for the faint of heart. I take them with a meal. They are small pills and easy to take, the smell and taste that is strong (I think) is the ashwagandha, it’s power and is a traditional plant medicine. Overall this is the best adrenal supplement for the price and ingredients. I’ll continue to use it.

I liked this supplement and it did help with my mood and blood sugar. Apparently there is an ingredient called phosphatidylserine that helps the ingredients work in harmony. There are 2 ways to harvest it; from bovine cells or from soy. This product uses soy. While I didn't mind taking 3 at a time every dose (well, yes I did), the soy caused a lot of soreness in my chest area for a week at a time. When I stopped taking this supplement and bought one without phosphatidylserine of any kind, that issue also went away within a month.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this adrenal support really works. So I thought I would leave my two cents. This is really the only supplement I take that I can definitely tell that it works! The others I just take with just the hopes that it's working. I know this works for my adrenal fatigue because when I stop taking it for a short time, there is a SIGNIFICANT difference in how I feel energy-wise. I am on my 8th bottle of it. I don't like taking supplements long term so I usually fall out on them after a month or two, but I have been taking this one for almost 8 months. I sometimes contemplate whether to stop taking my supplements to save money, but this Adrenal Support is always the one I give an exception for, because at least in all this time, I haven't been able to have enough energy without it, especially with needing to exercise 4-5 days a week!

I am 60 years old and have been taking this for about a year. I had a uterus ablation in my 40's and haven't had a period since. The labs said yes I was going into menopause so I started taking this. I have never had any hormonal symptoms and menopause has been a breeze with this adrenal supports. After the ovaries give up, the adrenals take over producing sex hormones. If they are functioning properly, you'll never know the difference.
