What is the size of this attachment?

Doesn't really have a "size". It is designed to slip over the end of any dryer and the inside of it is flexible and adjusts to the dryer it is attached to. Due to what it is made of, the attachment does tend to ride back off while you are using it. I am constantly pushing it back down or checking to see if it is sliding which is not a big deal but some people might feel this is a nuisance.

Can it fit the red by kiss 2200 ceramic tourmaline dryer and or the red by kiss hand-less 1875w hair dryer?

I have the 1900 watt dryer by kiss and it fits just fine so it should fit all dryers of its brand
