Great value, but adjust the Schrader valve stem before using
Initially the gauge read 0 pressure on my fuel line, because the Schrader valve stem at the end of the gauge hose was screwed all the way in and wouldn't reach the Schrader valve stem on the fuel rail of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I unscrewed the valve stem from the end of the gauge hose using needle nose pliers until it came off. Then I put in it back in just 2 or 3 full turns, and voila, it worked perfectly, 49 psi, the exact spec for the Jeep. While it does not have a fuel relief hose, a shop towel wrapped around the valve works just fine.Overall, a great value and the case is a huge bonus. Recommended!

Works great on GMC
Just wanted to show how to make this kit work on fuel rails with a schrader valve. If you look at the hose and fitting connected to the actual fuel pressure gauge there is a a built in adjustable schrader valve on the end (refer to the picture). It ships to you turned completely down. If you take a tire valve remover and rotate the valve counter clock wise it will adjust the valve outward so that it can depress the valve on the fuel rail. These work perfect on GM and other schrader valve fuel rails once you have adjusted it out. Hope it helps.

Good value for the price (but be aware).
This kit worked well for my purpose. The only down side was that the short pieces of fuel line the kit comes with are NOT fuel line. I used one of them to adapt the tee fitting to my inlet fuel line and it almost burst from the 45 psi my system put out. I noticed it was inflating like a balloon and shut down before I had fuel spraying out all over a hot motor. So if you get this kit, pick up some REAL fuel line at the parts store if you're going to do what I did. Otherwise the gauge and schrader valve fittings all were of good quality and am pleased with them. This was a pretty good value for the price.

Works perfect for all my gas powered applications.
Bought this for use with my cars. No problems with connections to my Saturn, Ford, Chevy, and Dodge applications. My brother however needed to test is Excursion which is diesel and he said the gauge is enough for the section of the system he needs to test but the fitting need is not provided.I am happy because I have not researched any info about his diesel and the gauge is perfect for what I bought it for.

This set up will shower you with gas.....
How do I start, bought the first one and found out what it's like to get a shower of gas in your face and all over the engine. Good thing the engine wasn't hot or we could have had a BBQ. So I decided to bend over and try it again. Checked to make sure the hose was tight and the same friggin thing. I learned to stay away from the gauge this time but it still sprayed gas all over the engine/engine compartment. This set up would be great if you wanted to burn you car to the ground and collect insurance but I would like to fix my car. Don't waste your time!!!!!

Test kit is OK
I needed a tester that would hook up to a schrader valve on my Ford Fuel injection. The threads in the adapter fit....but it is a very loose fit like putting a metric nut on a SAE bolt. Not real precision by any means.....but it worked for me.

Worked good right out of the box
Measured 36 to 45 PSI on a 1989 olds 88, which is about normal. 3.8 v6 is a tune port injected motor and the 3/8th hose fit fine I believe I could have got by with not using tape on the threads but I did use it. I will have this gauge a long time.

This thing hooks up to the fuel rail and gives a good reading. I wont use something like this often ...
I needed a fuel pressure gauge for a project truck I was working on. This thing hooks up to the fuel rail and gives a good reading. I wont use something like this often so its nice that it has the plastic case, I can store it in a stack of other tools I do not use very often and not worry about it getting damaged.
