Hi what is the depth of the pillow in the middle ie how far are you legs apart?

The narrowest part of the pillow is 7cms reducing from 14cms at the ends. The overall dimensions of the pillow 21cms X 25cms X14cms.

How do you find the ebook? It’s not been emailed to me and I can’t find how to contact the seller!

Hi, the pillow is breathable and does not make you sweat or hot. It is a really good buy for people who suffer from back pain. The product has a sip so you can remove the cover to wash it. Hope this info helps.

When I purchased this it was brilliant but after 1 month it’s far less supportive. Has anyone else found this.? If so how can it be resolved?
