This is for an outdoor golf simulator. The hitting mat has sticky flower residue. Will this ball cleaner be able to clean my sticky, dirty balls?

Probably depending on what you add to the water in it. I put a little dish soap in mine.

How do I get hardware that didn’t come with product

if you only have the water container ?? You should have a base plate and 4 screws 2 bolts Approx 75 mm 2 nuts and washers ,another small plastic plate to go on the other side of your golf cart frame if all of the above missing can only suggest return and purchase again .

I have a black unit...purchased 2 - 3 yrs ago ...I use it every time I golf. I have it set for quick mounting on a cart. It is a composite material which should hold up outside..but you would probably need to replace the brushes due to wear and weather exposure.
