Good scope, but...

Excellent stethoscope, and I love that it's a two-in-one scope. However, the ear buds that were included for people with larger or smaller ears are sub-par. They are noticeably different from the standard buds that came placed on the scope in that the opening on the back that is supposed to fit onto the metal part of the scope is way too small and does not stretch. The back of the bud is so stiff and firm that the metal actually chewed into it rather than snugly fit around it. The standard size buds that come with the scope are softer and the opening for the metal part is larger. Impossible to change these buds to a different size.
