Doodle Bugs: Packed with Creepy Crawly Info and Designs

The page size/count is smaller than with other doodle books. This shouldn't matter much, but I gave a different book to each of three nieces, and the smaller size did not impress the one niece. Otherwise, a fantastic way for kids to be creative and play quietly!

This book is great for log trips to doodle, draw, finish pictures. When in a car for a long trip we play a game. Going around with everyone in the car we start telling a story then stop.....next person turn then so on, This is the same game but in picture form to finish and color. Love this. Smaller book, perfect for the hands of a 5 year old.

This is tiny, and not nearly as imaginative as the tittle warrants. It has a few bug-backs to paint and some legs to draw on, but it could have been so much more fun. Disappointing

Really neat book for a child who likes to draw.

My 5 year old loves bugs and she recently started drawing non stop. This book combines two things that she loves and she was delighted when she got it for Christmas. She immediately started doodling. I plan to buy more books of the same series.

Bought as a gift for a newpehw and he loved it. He got to "work" immediately. How wonderful to give a gift that will make children create rather than continue to rely on technology for stimulation.

Tis is a great doodle book for any one who loves to doodle. My daughters love to doodle and it was a great buy!

I have bought several of these doodle books. My 7 year old son (in particular) and my 10 year old daughter will spend hours on them. They have bits to colour but lots of incomplete pictures for you to finish off.This is 1 of the smaller books and I would say suitable for a slightly younger age group . Add the legs to the spider, fill up the ants nest with ants. Still a great book, Add a pack of pens and its a great gift at a reasonable price. If you haven't bought any from this set you should!

This is quite a neat idea - a book that combines a little bit of educational stuff with lots of drawing and creative options.

I bought this book for my granddaughter who absolutely loves it. As well as giving you interesting facts about bugs it allows you to draw them (hence the doodle in the title). My granddaughter is 8 and says it is the best book she has ever had!

I was slightly disappointed with this book as I wanted to photocopy some of the pictures for the children to do at school , however it was mostly all drawn in so I am unable to do this .
