Unisex Natural Colorful Wood Buddhist Prayer Beads Bracelet Necklace Tibetan Mala Prayer Beads

This bracelet is fabulous! It is really large so “bracelet” might be a stretch, it’s about 8” and my wrist is 6.5” so I won’t be wearing it but I really love the way it feels in my hand. The wooden beads have beautifully carved auspicious symbols throughout, the carved edges are smooth, no rough parts poking out or scratching my hand. Each bead is approximately 1/2” and they all seem to be made of different types of wood. The weight is appropriate to the material, slightly heavy but not too much. No two beads are exactly alike though they have similar carvings, even the ones that are stained the same color boast their own grain pattern and stain absorption. My bracelet features 10 different colors and each one is deep and dark (even the purple!). This is lovely and I don’t know if it’s meant to serve as a ceremonial tool but I love the look of it and it fits in perfectly with my decor. It came in a really pretty thick silk bag with wooden beads strung on the handles so if you’re carrying this bracelet with you, it’s handy and durable enough to toss in a purse or backpack. This is such a fantastic item, it’s that thing you didn’t know you wanted. I love it.

I have been wearing this mala a couple times a week and meditate with it daily since I bought it. It has NOT failed me yet. I absolutely love it. Recommended purchase.

Each bead is individually carved with a detailed pattern and polished smooth -- no rough edges or splinters when you roll them between your fingers. The wood has a natural warm color with subtle grain variations that make every bead slightly different, which gives it a handmade feel. The bracelet fits comfortably around my wrist without being too tight, and the cord has enough stretch to slide on and off easily. The gourd bead at the end adds a nice accent and sits naturally against the others. The beads are larger than I expected, so the bracelet has a solid presence without feeling heavy. There is a faint woody scent when you hold it close, noticeable the first few days and fading over time. It came with a small storage pouch and a thin red cord bracelet as extras. After wearing it daily for about two weeks the finish still looks polished and none of the carvings have worn down.

I was very pleased with these mala beads. They are very light and easy to use. The color is perfect.

I bought several of them for my sisters for my Mother’s funeral. We all wore them. A great symbol of our love for her.
