the product seemed to work. plug into wall & blue light is on. fit & charged rather fast as needed! BUT each plugging into the speaker got less & less effective- thought it was done for but took some wiggling and pushing to get it into the exact position needed to make electrical contact & charge/power my speaker. i’d secure w electrical tape to keep powercable in the exact angle required to function, until a couple days ago, when NOTHING! i think it even drained the power that was left while it was last plugged in for use & charge, as once i found that sweet spot, i was careful not to move anything. .. now my jambone is totally dead and i can’t get it to respond at all, to anything :( i think this power cable pushed in/broke the lil gizmo in the charge hole. i’m pretty bummed cause that speaker was nearly $300 &i relied on it to use w a few different professional objects/tasks, & now it’s a brick. worse than before :( the power cable looks ok, blue light still comes on when plugged in, but it doesn’t fit other objects so that’s another waste of $, time, & more junk for the landfills. . .i’d really appreciate at least my money back, i’ll return the item if you want BUT ultimately. . . i am pretty ticked off that my speaker seems absolutely broken & unusable, now. it wasn’t even used for very long for i inherited from a close friend who’s since died. that’s why i didn’t have the orig cable & it sat unused for a long time . . . so, it’s also sentimental:( . . . shall i write / contact you elsewhere in regards to this ??

Provided rapid, safe and economical charging of my Jawbone BIG JAMBOX, without issue.BEWARE !! of chargers here that have micro USB charging plug. These are not compatible with BIG JAMBOX.BIG JAMBOX'S Micro USB Port is an audio interface port... not for charging.

Bought for Big Jambox after my dog chewed up the charger. It works like it should. The shaft is a little longer so it sticks out so I was not certain it would function properly but it has been doing so for over a year now.
