Broke within the first year customer support is no where to be found....... would never get again the spool slipps with the anchor the offer with it...it's a waist of money and the worst part is I drilled holes in my boat for it ...... I wouldn't buy it for 50 bucks ..

This was bought to replace a Trac 30 I assumed as a trac 35 it would have 5 Lbs more lifting capability. iT Will lift a 30 lb anchor to the unit but not enough power to stow in the yoke as designed and as my Trac 30 was capable of doing. The anchor hanging not stowed is unsafe and rattles against the back of the boat. On a positive note the hole pattern was identical to my old unit which helped with the install. I Will try a 25lb to see how that stores.

Came in a very timely manner from the seller. It was exactly as advertised. They had plenty in stock and it works very well. My pontoon has a railing with a hole cut in it for an anchor winch. This extended out perfectly through the hole to reach out over the deck to reach the water. There is a metal pipe at the bottom of the railing across the deck floor,so I had to put a 1 1/2" board under the winch to raise it up. The screws that came with it were long enough to go through the winch, board, and decking of the boat.

I purchased one of these that was described as a blem and was at a reduced price. When it got to my house it was damaged and broken and unusable. After calling Amazon Prime and describing what was going on to the representative he without question returned my money, and was as friendly as friendly could be and understanding to the predicament I was in. kudos to the people who work for this company. As for the product itself I can't really say but from what I saw it is a nice compact easy-to-use unit can't wait to get one that is not damaged and try it out.

I hesitated after reading some of the reviews but figured that Amazon has my back. My pontoon had no deck space in the back for this so i picked up a 24" piece of aluminum extrusion and mounted it to my engine mount. Unit has no trouble pulling my 25 pound anchor from the bottom of our muddy lake. Some times it comes up with a real load on it. Working the switch on the unit with my toes for now but am considering the auxiliary switch. ran it up and down 50+ times over the last week. no problems or concerns. My wife can now take the boat out with he friends and go swimming with out struggling with the anchor. two others on the lake saw it and have recruited me to mount theirs next time I am up.

Purchased this as OVERKILL for my 15' jon boat. It operated flawlessly 11 times before the gears spun. This is not a heavy duty anchor winch, its a LIGHT DUTY winch at best. It"s definitely not worth the selling price.

Purchased 2 of these. They bothed worked great. Had 1 on a 18 lb Anchor and the other on a 22lb Anchor.1 of them only lasted 2 years and it quit working. The motor burnt up. They should work longer than 2 years.

Using on a 22 foot pontoon boat. So far so good. Small footprint allowed installation on limited deck space. I attached a 30 lb mushroom anchor. The winch can lift it easily but may need a couple attempts when there is lots of sand on the anchor. I start the engine first to give the anchor more power. Makes moving from spot to spot when jigging so much easier than pulling up an anchor by hand.
