Calico Critters Cuddle Bear Family, Dolls, Dollhouse Figures, Collectible Toys 4 Count

Beyond perfect, I started collecting these again now as an adult and these are so precious. I was thrilled when I found out they made mice (there weren't as many animal families compared to now when I was a kid). The box had a little damage itself but luckily I'm not keeping them on display in their packaging. I like how the dad's shirts are actually two pieces (shirt and vest), I assumed it would be in one piece, which is a cute detail that will make cute pictures. Sylvanian Families/Calico Critters are very durable and are perfect for children all the way to adults who love miniatures. I find it worth the money, and definitely plan on buying more to make into other little mice colors (watered down airbrush paint and dabbing it after application in a few layers gives it color while keeping the critter fuzzy, this is how I turned one into a cute opossum). I'm excited to see and buy more families. 🐁

I purchased this for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves them...they are a favorite! She uses them in her doll house as well as outside, using natural props with them to play. "Hedgehogs like grass!" The little hedgehogs are so cute and sweet! They are a bit expensive, but well worth the money.

These are adorable little critters and my niece will love them! Personally, I think they're expensive for what they are, but kids love them! I did a little research before I bought, here's what I can tell you... Compared to Sylvanian Families: They are the exact same, packaging is the only difference. In fact, Calico Critters were Sylvanian Families many years ago, but in the U.S., the named was changed. If your little one only cares about the product and not the words on the package, I recommend checking prices. Sometimes Calico is lower and sometimes Sylvanian is. Compared to Woodzeez: I had a little trouble finding Woodzeez in stores, but not at all online. Woodzeez appear to be sold as a family of four, Calico Critters can be bought as families, twins, triplets, etc. Some Calico have a critter with accessories, Woodzeez accessories are separate. Woodzeez appear to have better constructed furniture, but the creatures are not quite as nice. First, the Woodzeez are more Humpty Dumpty shaped than Calico. Second, the flocking on Calico is superior to Woodzeez. The fur on Woodzeez rubs off easily. Overall, as I stated above, they're expensive little Critters, but will be enjoyed by small children for ages. They play well with other kinds, like Woodzeez, and other small figurines (ponies, loopsie and the like). Many family sets to choose from and just as many accessories. Critters are anywhere from about an inch to three or so inches tall. Their accessories are about as small as little fingers can hold (microscopic), so be mindful around tiny tots, they get lost easily. Enjoy!

I bought this set for my niece's birthday. They are decent size, the details on these figurines are awesome. Quality is very good. Definitely will buy this brand again.

They are cute but if you're a collector who doesn't remove them from the box, I suggest not to because it will come damaged as it is packed in a padded envelope which doesn't really help much lol but anyway my hedgies are safe and not damaged so hence the 5 stars coz again, they are really very cute. 😍👍
