Is this good for under eye circles?

No way, this stick's purpose is for acne blemishes. It has salicylic acid which is an acne fighter and you don't want that close to your eyes. Neutrogena makes an under eye circle (Neutrogena 3-in-1 concealer) I would recommend if you want to use a Neutrogena product for that purpose. Hope that helps!

Does this come in a lighter color than Fair 05 (a 2 or 3)? It still works, but no longer matches fair skin.

I understand, have tried to buy this over the counter, through Amazon and others. It is not as light as it was in the 90's! I used it all the time, love it, want the lighter color back! Come on Neutrogena! I want to use your product, but it is turning orange on my face. Didn't it used to be Fair 02?

Does this product stay well on face?

I usually dot my blemishes with this then follow with a base. It works best when I let the dots dry before applying the base. The Neutrogena helps the blemishes go away.
