Sometimes when I use the computer all day, I tends to hunch my back unintentionally. This band helps me correct my bad posture. I normally wear size 8 for women so I bought the medium. It fits fine. I like that the band is elastic and flexible around the stomach. The padding on the back is soft and comfortable, and it still correct my posture. The downside is the strap around the shoulders and underarms are not too comfortable, but I think most brands are like that too. Overall, I like this product and would recommend it to others.

I love this brace, an excellent product and I highly recommend it. I needed something to help stabilize my shoulders and to also correct my poor posture (slouching while standing or sitting). This brace does both. It is easy to wear, lightweight and comfortable. I have tried a few and this brace has been the best for me. I intend to buy another as a back-up.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the following:1) It runs small and so I had ordered one size up.2) I wish it had pads to go under the straps for additional comfort, but I will remedy this by buying something to slip under.

I was excited to try it and when I put it one it felt like it really did what it promised. I felt my posture straiten out and felt my shoulders being pulled back and back automatically aligned vertically. HOWEVER, as soon as I went about my daily business and began using my arms I was VERY uncomfortable. I am 5'6" tall and 135 lbs and I ordered a medium. I put it on exactly as stated in the directions. The strap goes right under your armpit and binds the tendon in my armpit every time I go to use my arms or hands. I left it on for two hours as I folded laundry and when I took it off my armpit was red and irritated. It works fine if you just keep your arms down to your side and don't intend to do anything while wearing it. I recommend spending more on one that is designed with some curve to the straps to avoid this issue. I'm now going to keep shopping for something comfortable as I intend to wear it daily. I'm thinking the other good reviews must be from heavier or obese people who's size avoids the strap from binding their armpits, as the straps will be more horizontal around their torso vs vertical in thinner people.

I have been wearing a posture corrector for several months and it has really helped elevate my neck pain. I bought this one b/c I thought the waist strap would help keep the middle of the strap from riding high on the back of my neck - making it visible when I wear my hair up. Like the other straps I've tried, it ended-up high on the back of my neck. Plus, the body strap was uncomfortable - making it not worth it. I will stick with the underarm design by Vivux Health.

I am giving this five stars for the price point. I don't have much experience with posture corrector (this is my first one), but I do have a lot of experience with back pain and bad posture. When I first opened it, I was a little disappointed because it didn't look like much, but once I used it, I was much happier. I had no idea how much I slouched while at the computer. So fine, I was slouching less, but so what? Well, I realized over the next couple of days that my back hurts noticeably less than it used to. And it was pretty automatic. Once it was on, it did all the work.I will say that I wish it had come with written instructions. It was pretty easy to use, but I actually was wearing it wrong the first time I put it on. Still, with a minimal amount of fiddling, I was able to figure it out.

After having this item in my cart and debating for a while, I decided just to go for it. What was one more posture support? I really didn’t have too much expectation but hoped for the best anyway. All I can say is...incredible! There is no need for instructions on how to put it on. I took it right out of the box and put it on just like you would a garment..just slip your arms in and pull it together in the front. IMMEDIATELY after securing it in the front, my posture was, what I would consider, in the perfect position. I didn’t want to take it off; however, it does say start with one hour a day for two weeks. The next day, I wore it again, and it felt so weird having my back and shoulders aligned that I kept it on for two hours. Third try, I overwore it and realized there is a reason why they say wear it one hour a day for a time..my underarms were sore-that could have been aggravated by surgery many years ago- I did not wear it for two days and it felt amazing when I put it back on yesterday. I have had the worst posture for many years. It has led to back pain and hip and leg pain. I cannot believe what an improvement I have had just wearing it a few times. If it is coincidence, then let it be. I did try to wear it up against my skin, and it is not going to be comfortable doing that in the summertime, but I will not go without it even at this early date. Another plus is that not once did I have to pull up one of my bra straps. Sorry guys, I know these are not just for women. My husband tried it on, at my suggestion, and it just will not fit him at all. I did buy the large size because I measured between a medium and a large. I am of average height and 165 pounds and it is a most perfect fit with more room to tighten it if I need to and plenty of room to let it out, but it did not fit his average height, at almost 200 pounds. In truth, even though it has only been a few days, I really would like to buy another one just to have for backup! I am very surprised that they offer a lifetime, unlimited refund guarantee on this item. It must be their confidence in the quality. Sorry to be so long-winded.
