The only knee protection that helps me. Runs a little small but it does stretch out. I had bought a large and an extra large because I was between sizes. Gave me the confidence I needed to start walking again, and used through a Disney trip At first its a little too tight and took some getting used to, the neoprene is also a little smelly but will fade. I had no problem putting these in the wash even though youre not supposed to (accidentally tossed it in with clothes after a workout). I machine wash and hang dry, unless they feel a little too loose and will toss them in the dryer. Mine were still fine after two years of use and washing, only bought a new one because I lost one The pressure helps the pain I will get in my knee during exercise and offers mild stability support. This is NOT what youre looking for if you need full kneecap support

Good knee sleeve
It fits exactly as advertised measurements list. This sleeve does the trick for me to stabilize my kneecap during workouts. This saves me a lot of knee pain.

Caused excessive sweating
I have mild knee pain and have been trying different supports. This one was comfortable and easy to put on - some are hard to pull up. But, I noticed that it promoted sweating. My left pant leg was soaked after my workout. This isn't a huge problem - but, it was a bit uncomfortable (physically). The support is fairly light. So, I don't think it would work well for more intense knee issues.
