I'm a woman with very small wrists, will these fit a tiny wrist?

It's a one size fits most wristband. The product dimension is 0.2 X 3.25 X 6.5 inches.

My son is 14 and a trick skateboarder - he is looking for something to put around his ankles to keep them from getting bruised - will these fit?

My first thought was "yes, if he has really fat ankles." However, I took mine and "doubled it" and it fit snuggly. if it's too tight, you can just fold it over to make it any size and secure the fold with a strip of tape. My only concern would be if will be wide enough to really protect the ankle --it's only about an inch and a half wide. I'm thinking he'd be better off with a couple thicknesses of bubble wrap; it might look funny, but I'll bet his friends will be copying it.

Would these armbands fit if I wear them on my upper arm? I'm a woman with moderate arm muscles

Probably not. They fit quite snuggly around the wrist and lower arm. I use them to protect my wrist area from bruises as I do cleans, presses, etc with heavy kettlebells.
