This is only supplement one should take . As it heals gut within short time everything i eat, get properly digested now .so no need of other supplements, this is great product for people having low digestion and poor absorption of food . Only thing is eat some raw veggies while taking this as gut bacteria needs good amount of fibre to thrive. I m taking it empty stomach in morning .

I used to stay away from my family and would eat out everyday for 3years. After those 3 years, I developed stomach issues, I couldn't eat out or anything spicy or oily made at home either. I came across this and thought to myself its worth a try - I took a capsule everyday morning on empty stomach. This is my third purchase in 1 year. and it has worked wonders. I can now eat anything freely without thinking of the consequences. Pros 1. No soy or anything that can harm your stomach or cause bloating. Extremely mild on the stomach. 2. Does the job, repairs the gut and keeps stomach healthy Cons 1. Only 1 negative - it is priced very high.

Helps with my gut problems. I have thyroid and Pcod which tends to interfere with my absorption and sometimes my gut biome goes out of synch and probiotics help with it. Would repurchase again.

I bought this probiotic just a week ago, and unfortunately, the lid was loose when it arrived. For a product that contains live bacteria requiring proper storage, this is a serious quality concern. There’s no way to tell if the potency has been compromised due to air or moisture exposure. And since returns aren’t allowed, I’m stuck with a supplement I’m no longer confident using. Really disappointed with the handling and packaging quality control needs to improve, especially for sensitive health products like this.

Ok product. Not bad; better options are available at comparable price.

Overall product is good. Delivery was fast, and packaging was ok. Except seems like delivery or someone very curious what inside because one side of package had hole where someone open like they wanted to peek inside. Also, delivey agent didnt ask for pin.
