I ordered towels and paid for them not recieved them

Where are my towels iv been waiting a long while

washing instructions say don’t tumble dry, has anyone tumbled dried them? Also any advise about giving them the first wash soap or not?

As per manufacturer its advised to avoid tumble dry, you can use half amount of detergent for first wash. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Do these have a loop on to hang on a hook?

There is a small label at one corner which might be used but it is tight and I don't think it was designed for hanging.
