Es muy rica y fresca, pensé que vendría molida pero no, viene la nuez entera, lo resolví con un rallador ultra pequeño, al rallarla desprende un aroma delicioso y distinto al que se obtiene con la nuez ya molida, la prefiero en esta forma.
