Okay. I need a concrete answer…should there be a Seal on this product? Seller??? Can you answer this question?

There has not been an inner seal on any tube I have purchased from Amazon or in store.

Does this leave noticeable residue on clothing or once rubbed in does it dry clear?

It doesn’t rub in, but I’ve never tried to rub it in. I use it as a preventative to diaper rash, etc. I have used it on my hands but I didn’t rub it in. I covered my hand with white cotton gloves while the medication worked at night.

I received mine without a seal. Is that normal for your product?
