This is good product that helped to reduce my back pain

I bought these pads for lower back pain. The item is exactly what the company describes it. The reason I gave it three stars is because it is difficult to put on ( your back anyway) and most importantly be aware if you keep them on too long it can irritate your skin with redness and if you fall asleep with it on (which I did) it did blister my skin. I believe it is recommended only for three hours. These pads do get really hot. There is definitely relief from the heat just be careful of skin irritation.

I bought two boxes and each box should have 10 packs as listed. However I only got 8 packs for each box.
