It's a jag
I'm sure it works just fine.I Ordered 4 to have spares, ordered all together. They shipped in separate mailers. Each and every one.I just thought it to be excessive.

WOW Ordered 2, Recieved 1
I guess I should be happy that this item only cost a $1.70. Glad it wasn't something more expensive. I wanted 2 not because these things wear out but, they get lost easy.

Well made piece as to be expected from Birchwood Casey
This jag works fine for my 6.5 Creedmoor. When I pierce the patch at a slight off center spot I get just the right amount of "tight" for cleaning the bore .

wouldn't fit
The price was great. Quality seems very good also. Put on a .22 cloth patch and could not get it through my .556 AR. Pulled out my rod and then the patch stuck in the chamber and barrel. Without the patch, the jag would pass through the barrel. I must have some fat patches.

Product is as described
Good sturdy product fits my brass ram rod but doesn’t fit in my revolver with a patch oh well not returning it for the price will keep it in my cleaning bag and use it for something.

Works great, but point should be sharper
The jag fits perfect in my 6.5 Creedmoor rifle. My only complaint about the jag is that the point is quite dull. Up until this jag arrived, I had been using a .223 jag with a much sharper point. This jag is significantly harder to pierce the cotton patches. It needs to be 'pointier' (if that's actually a word).I'm using the jag with BoreSmith Triangle Patches, Cal 22 thru 27. These 'notched triangle' shaped patches are specifically designed to prevent the patch from doubling up (like a square or round patch) as it slides through the barrel.
