The hood worked awesome for my scuba diving trip off the Florida coast. I have wanted a hood for a while and this hood was a great price and worked perfectly! It looks great, pulled on as easily as neoprene things do, and kept me warm in the water in January. I originally ordered a medium but it was too tight so I returned it and ordered a large. The large fit just right. We have two other scuba divers in our family and I think we will be buying one for each of them as well! Great product!

I was skeptical about what I was going to receive for the great price I paid for this hood. I got the 3mm version and it keeps me plenty warm with my 3mm suit. The stitching is good quality and the neoprene seems to be on par with more expensive common brands. The fit is on the smaller size as others have stated. I ordered the largest size and it for me perfectly. I would recommend sizing up one. Other than that, I’m very happy with this purchase. I ended up ordering a second one for my dive buddy!

The neoprene diving hood is warm and seems well-built, like it will last for many dives. My only objection is that it seems quite a bit smaller than expected (as other reviews have mentioned). Most of my gear (including dive gear) tends to be in the L to XL range, so I bought the XL hood. It was WAY too small. I returned it for the XXL, and it fits, but is still quite tight. I encourage you to buy this product, just get one, maybe even two, sizes bigger than you normally would!

I got this for freediving in a lake in the fall and winter. For only 3mm, it really helped, even in the winter (I'll be buying a 5mm though, for the really cold days!). I may look at getting the version that has the larger shroud, as the bottom tended to roll up a bit, but the hood kept my head warm while others were shivering. It's not overly tight around the chin, which was nice, it was just right to stay on with feeling like it was crushing.

Kept me warm at Oregon coast, the tight fit and large collar worked well to keep the cold Pacific out.

Bought for my partner who measured his skull to see what size he should get and yet still when it arrived it was way too small. He ordered a large but it was way too small for him. Luckily it fits me so I will keep it and update this review when I have tried it in the water.
