Will imprints (stamping) go through, and imprint onto this block?

I haven’t had this issue yet. I use mine for bolster pins for knife making and haven’t seen any imprinting on it. Hope this was helpful!

Would I be able to drill a hole in this ?

It depends on the hardness of your drill head. Though I would recommend 60+ HRC.
