Summer Finger Toothbrush with Case, Teal/White

I bought this toothbrush for my son when he got his first teeth at eight months old, and two months later he still loves it. He has had a lot of teething pain and discomfort since he was two months old, but I have noticed an improvement since we started using it -- I definitely think massaging his gums twice a day with this brush helps. He's so fond of it that he will only let me brush his teeth and gums for a few seconds before insisting on taking it off my finger and brushing them himself! He'll then hold onto the brush and continue to massage his gums on it for as long as possible -- i.e., until he drops it on the ground and I put it away, haha.Only possible downside is that it fits my index fingers perfectly, but I am a woman with small hands and fingers (my hand is about the same size as my eight-year-old's), so it will likely be too small for a man or a woman with large fingers to put all the way on. However, because my son likes to take it off of my finger and brush his teeth himself, I don't put it all the way on my finger, just on my fingertip, so that he can pull it off easily, and I am still able to very easily maneuver the brush with it just over my fingertip, so that is definitely a work-around.I use this toothbrush with a tiny drop of Jack 'N Jill Natural Toothpaste in the blueberry flavor, which my son also loves and which I also highly recommend.

We cleaned her teeth with a washcloth but my little one kept biting on my finger and it hurt a lot.Glad to buy this, it really helped so I did not need to worry about getting bitten anymore. Works great but only for small adult fingers! My husband can’t brush our boy’s teeth, his fingers are too big for this brush.

Because a regular kid’s toothbrush is too harsh, we used to wipe our baby’s first few teeth with a clean washcloth, wondering if we were doing an adequate job. This little toothbrush is the ticket for doing a thorough job of cleaning all around and in between her teeth—soft and gentle yet efficient. She is able to do much of the cleaning herself.

I really really like this product! Or, should I say, my grandson really really loved it! Only problem I had was getting the case open! Had to use something to pry it open. Heck, it's probably something simple.

I bought this for my little one and his two teeth. It seems to work fine. I dont have any issues with it getting stuck on my finger. I like that it came in a little case to keep it clean. My only suggestion is be careful while brushing teeth, when they bite down it hurts, a lot.

My son is 10montha old now but by 8months he had 6 teeth so we are using this to keep his teeth clean and free from decay. He’s gotten used to it by now so it’s a breeze

Great choice for those who want a soft toothbrush for pets (or babies, I suppose)! I bought this for my cats after my darling partner somehow lost the other. This one is a little pricier than the one I got before, but I'd gladly pay the extra money for a case as that means this one won't be lost. The case also, helpfully, is ventilated, so you don't need to worry about putting a damp toothbrush in it.The toothbrush is well-designed, big enough to fit on a finger, but small enough for small teeth. The cats don't love it (take your time and look up how to train them), but it's good for them and they tolerate it. Will buy again in the future.

Do yourself a favour and get this before baby is even born! I bought one while pregnant and started using it almost right away with baby. It's great if they're fussy, you can use it almost like a pacifier and thy can chew or suck on it (just be careful when the teeth come in, hehe). The best part of doing this is you're starting good brushing habits early! I would use it before bedtime in the newborn phase to soothe the gums, give a quick swipe around the mouth and help get all the milk out and because we started so early my daughter doesn't know any different than to brush before bed now.

i kind of like this. my toddler does not though. i guess kids do not like things stick into their mouth in general. this is quite soft. the fitting can be an issue for some people. i put it on my middle finger which is still loose. when it is not fitting properly, it rolls on finger which is not perfect when trying to hold a toddler's mouth open.

Full disclosure: I bought two of these for my dogs - not for children. They've revolutionized tooth brushing. I no longer receive violent threats of biting my fingers off and it's much easier to maneuver in their little doggy mouths. They're soft enough to not bother gums but strong enough to clean teeth. And the little cases are very convenient to avoid dust and dirt from finding its way in. Cleaning the brushes afterwards takes a little more effort than I'd want, since the paste gets gunked into the plastic bristles... but I'll deal.
