👍🏻Excelente quality & heavy duty for my mom who is 90years old & has dementia

My husband is 6'1" and weighs 266. My contractor installed this for us. Must be put in studs. He installed a 2"x 12" board so we could put it where we wanted. We've had it over 1 year now and it has been a huge help for him getting out of the shower. It is installed outside the shower so he can grab it, instead of the shower door to balance.

My mom is 80, she has fallen off the toilet twice, but the vanity is between the toilet and vanity so a standard bar would not work. This one is absolutely wonderful!! It is super sturdy, she can reach the toilet paper on the bar so much easier. I can't recommend this superior bar enough. Oh, you don't have to use the bracket to fold it up and stay next tp the wall.....there is enough resistance to where it stays vertical on its own.

My friend, the contractor told me about this product and installed it. It’s wonderful. He put it between the bathtub and the toilet. I was getting out of the bathtub yesterday had my legs over sitting on the rim of the tub I started sliding to the floor, grabbed the bar and it held me till I pulled myself up. That’s one strong bar and I was so happy it really would’ve been embarrassing to have EMS come to help me! If you need a secure bar to help you off the toilet or in or out of the tub this is the bar for you. Just be sure you have a good contractor install it cause it needs to go into a stud wall. I highly recommend it for any senior or person that needs a little bit of help you won’t be sorry.

They are a little short, the Peened anti slip finish should go to the end this would help with the short. they work okay. the TP holder roller is white plastic ?? fortunately this replaced a wall mounted TP holder with chrome holder roller that I replaced the Moen white roller with. If you are not taking out wall and installing 2"x inside wall or surface mounting a 2"x onto the wall then the bolts will never match with studs and WILL NOT WORK. Don't buy if mounting on sheet rock only!

This grab bar is convenient in that it pulls down, so I have space to the side of the toilet when it is lifted out of the way. It is very sturdy (due to a good handyman) as it is bolted into a stud & anchored. The TP holder is an added bonus as we had to take out the holder on the opposite wall.

This grab bar has really been a Godsend for getting into and out of a bathtub for a person who has suffered two strokes and has difficulty walking or otherwise getting into the tub. Initially we thought that the professional who selected and installed this device was overkilling. We were wrong. It is well worthwhile.
