does this give a look glittery look? or is it more of a glow?

It's really more of a glow. Don't use too much - that gives a very intense glow that doesn't look good. I use a very small drop (less than half a pea) and mix it with my sunscreen/moisturizer which is white. Then I apply it to my face almost like a foundation. That seems to give me the best results.

Is the sunbeam color going to be too dark for some with a porcelain colored skin tone??

it can go on any skintone and it will give you a bit of shimmer.I have Very fair/light skin and it works on me. Then my friend came along and she has very dark skin and tried it. It looked amazing on her

Is this a good highlighter for dark skin?

Yes its probably a very good highlighter for darker skin because it doesn't show on lighter skin.. Such as medium or light skkn

The names and pictures are switched. for sun goddess you have pure gold pictures, and vise versa. so do i order based on picture or name?

I think you should go by name. What I have is sun goddess it's darker than the picture.
