WOW! As good as they claim!
I am a marathon runner. I wear knee supports just to support my knees. They keep the blood circulating and prevent muscle strain. I bought these pants two weeks ago and have already put in about 50 miles with them. They are GREAT! The support is so amazing. However, I will tell here, what NOT to do. During a 22 mile run a week ago, I decided to add my knee supports along with the pants at the 12 mile mark because I did not want fatigue. MISTAKE! The pants have SO much support already, that the two combined created severe cramping! And, I am saying tremendously severe. I immediately had my knee supports pulled off (I was unable due to the cramps). I finished the next ten miles with my muscles seizing and cramping most of the way. The next day, I had sore muscles, but still ran, and this continued for three days. I wore the pants every run. Then, the pain went away, and I felt great. I have not had any trouble since. Yesterday I had a GREAT 13 plus mile run. No problems. I cannot recommend these pants enough. I don't know if I will ever run longer distances again without them. I weigh 135 pounds and am 5'3" tall and have size small. They fit perfectly! And, I also got the CW-X Women's CW-X Versatx Support Bra. Again, amazing product! CWX has truly done their research to know how to make what runners need. My old system was two bras, and they created sores and retained so much sweat, I am sure they weighed over five pounds after a run. With this bra, no sores or chafing whatsoever, and it does not retain the moisture! It weighs nothing after a run. I am a new fan of these products. Very much worth every penny, and I am very careful with how I spend.

great compression ... small ok for me at 5'7" with hip & waist meaurements in small catrgory
UPDATE 12/31/25: I'm back to order a second pair. These are great. Whether they have kept my knee in line or the rehab I had already done is what did the trick is hard to tell, but a few days ago I slid on my snowboard on a barely-covered ice patch on a double black diamond and slammed my left hamstring into a tree. It didn't feel that bad so I did a few more steep runs and then taught a beginner lesson. Only after I got home and took the leggings off did the true painfulness and severity of the bruise become apparent. The next morning, the instant I put the leggings back on, 90% of the pain was gone. So my only caveat is that they may mask the severity of a new injury. I was about to put kinesiotape on the bruise, but found that there is really no need as wearing these is like having my whole leg encased in kinesiotape from below the knee up. I also like how they are just long enough that the hem overlaps the top of my knee-high ski socks by a few inches without adding an extra layer in my boots. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm glad that I ordered the small size. At 5'7" I am an inch taller than the measurement guidelines for the small, but my waist and hip meaurements are in the small range. Some reviewers said they wished they had sized up because the crotch to waist length was too tight for them, but this doesn't seem to be a problem with my pair and the compression feels amazing on my knee (MCL injury) and just in general. Also glad that despite their compressive function, they do not smash my ass down to nothing, in fact they seem to lift and define pretty nicely, which is an unexpected bonus.

best running tights.
I run 2-3 miles a day. after a lot of research these were the best fit since i needed them for my knees. i am 4' 11" or 5' depending on the time of day ha! so naturally, the knee slots dont really line up but since these are tight, they stay in place. i fold the bottom up to just below my knee came to give my needs a little extra support to keep them up. i got an extra small, i am 112-114. they are tight but thats how they should be. i was a competitive swimmer and these are like the fast skin suits. takes a while to get on but once they are on, they work as they are supposed to. i dont feel any of my muscles moving when i run. its great. also when putting these one, take off any rings and be careful with the nails. i almost had a close call with my wedding ring. would be super easy to tear these with a ring on. the draw string i put against my tummy the first time i ran. dont do that. i ended up rubbing it so hard it cut my stomach a little. so now i put the end of the draw string in that little pocket on the inside of the tights. works good now. also it has the ab support. WOW. first time i ran, my abs were burning! i guess i was working out my abs at the same time! working out muscles i didnt even know i had! overall, great tights. i will purchase another pair in the future. they are expensive but my reason was i would rather spend a little to have my knees supported then keep running, get an injury, pay for doctor bills and whatever else when i could have just purchased these to help me out.

Like Spanx on Steroids
I cycle and I run. These are not very comfortable pants, but they are compression and meant for stability as well as compression. They are high rise, like mom pants and they keep your core stable. I don't like the loose sew-in crotch. I haven't decided if they are better commando or drawers. The seem to crawl up your front half...not so much in the back half. Overall, the purpose I bought was for muscle recovery and they really help. They are like putting on spanx and not easy to position the seams over the knee. I am 5' 6.5" and 130#s-- I purchased the smalls. I would not have gone any larger and they are not see-thru when bending over. Would I recommend them? Yes, but not to lay around in on the couch== these are performance pants. These aren't as comfortable as my Lululemon's, but lulu doesn't make a tight enough compression pant!

Love these capri tights!
The 3/4 length Stabilyx tights are meant to fit snugly with support panels that help stabilize the knee and support the thigh muscles. They look sleek and and there is no wiggling/jiggling - everything is neatly compressed and all cellulite disappears! I am not a runner but love these tights for walking and working out. My only complaint is that there is a drawstring on the inside of the waistband and the knot hits right at my bellybutton and is annoying and sometimes irritating. Wish they had a different design for this feature but otherwise everything is good: well made, quality material, great design....note: these do run on the smaller size so I'd suggest checking the size chart and if you are near the top of one size - or in between (or if you tend to be more bottom-heavy)- go up to the next size I'm 5'5"/145 lbs and wear a 4/6 pants and I found the medium fit well.

Feel nice, but waist doesn't work for me
I bought these to help me as I work thru some knee and hip issues and try to get back into running. After having them on for a bit I noticed all my pain points were sore. So I can tell there is compression but its not uncomfortable. For fit, I used the size chart. My waist was in the large range, my hips were in the Med range, so I went with the Large. I feel safe and secure in them, but the waistband rolls terribly and I have a muffin top. I can normally cover the muffin top but I cant live with the rolling. I think its my short waist... If it weren't for the rolling of the waistband, I would keep them.

No more knee pain! Yay!
I run 20-25 mi. a week and I have IT band issues as well as "Runner's Knee". I hate paying so much for a pair of tights, but they are so worth it. My knees don't ache in these things, my hips feel awesome, and even my lower back felt more supported. I still have to stretch properly and use physical therapy exercises to keep my alignment, but now I can run pain free. An opinion on the sizing: I used the chart on the website, and found the fit to be excellent. Ordering up, as some have suggested, would have compromised the compression. You do have to line the knees up (instructions are provided on the package) and then roll them up from there, but it's about as difficult as shoving oneself into a pair of skinny jeans. I am a curvy 5'5, 125 lbs and the small worked very well. They are tight, but not unbearably so.

Poor fit, itchy seems, not durable
I'd have given these two stars because they are generally wearable, but went down to one because they are priced so much higher than better competitors. First, the fit is awful. I went by the size chart and got a medium. I am 5'3" and 135lbs. The knee "support" area starts and inch BELOW my knee, so is useless. The tightness is fine. Any smaller would probably be too small, so if you are shorter than say, 5'6", don't count on the knee area being anywhere near your knees. Second, the seams are extremely uncomfortable and itchy, both around the waist and going down the legs. The crotch area likewise is not very comfortable. Can't imagine wearing these a long enough run to have chafing. Lastly, I've had them only a short time, only run in them, never put them in the dryer, wash only on the most gentle cycle, and they are already frayed and pilled around the seams. I don't recommend these at all. Underarmour makes a much better-fitting and more comfortable compression tight.

No tired muscles
I tested out cw-x over a 9km jog today and I am impressed with its performance. I felt less tired at the end of the workout. Amazing. Think I can increase my mileage using cw-w

Mejores mallas que he tenido

Best tights for running / training! LOVE LOVE LOVE
I have been wearing these for years and are my all time favourite and actually the only tights I wear either for running or bootcamp. I've tried all and every other brand but they just don't cut it and I always go back to my CW-X stability tights. Please don't ever stop making these.

Best stability compression tight
Love this length of the compression tight. So far the best compared to my skins and 2XU.
