Amul Lactose Free Milk Liquid, 250Ml (Pack of 32)

For people on lactose free diet, a perfect choice. Using normal milk would cause bloating and heaviness so this is a great replacer, is light and digestible. I use in tea, coffee, with cereal, in a smoothie. Great milk replacer without the lactose. Been on this milk since years and it is definitely better than the artificial oat milk, soy milk and almond milk. The taste of course is consistent and caramelly, almost tastes like condensed milk when had by itself, i actually love the taste. I usually buy 8 packs together which last me a week. Definitely pricier vs regular milk but depends on lifestyle choices and overall personal wellness so i dont mind paying for it. Although may have some shelf life but i buy weekly so freshness never has been an issue.

Excellent product for students staying i hostels and who enjoy cold milk. It dosent smell or taste weird and good packaging.

Good for them have intolerance for lectogen

Really helpful when making dishes that requires milk without using plant based milk alternatives. Easy on the stomach. Texture is somewhat in the middle of toned and skimmed milk. Taste is great when paired with coffee or tea and even iced drinks.

A boon to lactose intolerent persons...welcome introduction by Amul...but it is a pity that it is available only in small pack...works out rather expensive

It is good for lactose intolerant people no need to boil High in protein

It is one of the most healthy and important product for a person who is non tolerant to lactose. It would be good to have this product available accross india as I see these are places where this is not deliverable.
