Healthy and Lush
This is super tasty. Great drizzled on salad. I bake my own bread and I oil the tin with this it makes the bread smell even more delicious than it normally does.. Great for stirfry also. Don't use it in the oven as it has a low burn threshold.

improves MENS health
I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rolls by putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich. (not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to Amazon UK...

Pricey but worth it
Well it's not cheap, but you don't buy it for everyday cooking. It's excellent on salad or just for dipping bread into it. It's a dark colour and has an intense nutty flavour which I love, but may not be for everyone.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Fabulous on a range of foods from salads to toast and in cooking. Very good for bladder health in both men and women. Ive purchased this several times and never disappointed.

Dark green and mighty!!!
Dark green in colour the way it should be. Highly recommend! Good to pour on food at the end. I also add it to my shampoo!
