Does the product give consistent readings?

I would say that the readings are fairly consistent--checked against readings at doctors' offices--added bonus was no more bruising on my upper arm (if I used a light weight top under the traditional cuff)

can you purchase different cuffs for this product

You can purchase the UA-280 medium cuff and the UA-281 large cuff for the UA-853 model.

Looking for a bloodpressure moniture for a person that arms is large the weigh. Is 300 lbs. The xl cuffs is to small

Unfortunately, the XL cuff is the largest size we make.
