Best Portable Charger
I absolutely love it. I can use it on all of my computers. I have HP Pavillion and we have a Toshibia Satellite and when we travel it works on both. I am actually thinking about buying them for Christmas gifts. You can also use it in the car. It is small and compact and travels well in the computer case.

Awesome!
Needed a replacement charging cord for an HP Mini. This did the trick! I bought mine for under $10 and it is a perfect replacement for the pricier OEM cord. Mine does not get hot. It is portable and charges great.

Useful item, worth the Amazon price
I paid $50.00 for one of these at Fred Meyer...found it on Amazon for a MUCH better price, so returned the Fred Meyer one. Very useful item when you forget to pack the power cord / charger for your laptop. The retraction spools are a bit finicky...just be sure to treat them with care.

Not working with HP Elitebook touchscreen
This is my second Retrak. The first one lasted over a year and I loved. I lost the tip I needed and had to buy a whole new charger because I couldn't figure out how to buy just the replacement tips. The new one I recieved will not charge the same HP laptop I used the old charger with for some reason. I've tested the charger with a meter, it works, but the HP tip doesn't seem to be quite the right fit to charge. Pretty frustrating!

Works great and most importantly
I had been looking for a retractable power set for a while. This ReTrak has kept its shape and is exactly what I have been searching for. Works great and most importantly, continues to retract without issue after months of use.
