I sniff soap on the regular
This soap smells GREAT. The 4 pack comes with Bay Rum, Pine Tar. Patchouli, and Island Citrus for Men fragrances. Bay Rum and Pine Tar scents come through the strongest and I like those the most, with Bay Rum leading the pack. Island Citrus also has a good scent. Patchouli's smell is pleasant, but very faint. I've gone with Bay Rum first(kind of wish I had saved it for last but oh well). Nice strong lather, shower filled with the smell, but not at an overbearing level. I was in the market for these and I figured $19.99($18.99 when you subscribe and save like I did) for four 5 oz. bars with free shipping was a reasonable deal. I shower daily, sometimes twice, but I imagine I can get a good three, maybe three and a half weeks out of each bar, which is pretty good. So at minimum, four bars should cover three months, which I think is fair. I did read someone's comment somewhere about cutting bars like these into quarters to make them last a bit longer. Not a bad idea, but I don't think it's necessary. I used the Bay Rum bar along with some exfoliating scrub pouch I bought at the same time from a different seller on here. It worked really well. As I sit typing this minutes after a shower, I feel fresh and smell very faintly of Bay Rum. The soap has done its job. If you're looking to try some all natural soap, I think you'd be pleased with these. I keep sniffing them. I'm going to text pictures of the box and TELL friends and family I've been sniffing soap periodically for the last five minutes. Honesty.

Lots of bubbles, small great and rinse off cleanly.
I love this soap. The price is reasonable, and they come packaged very nicely. Each bar is different, but they all smell great, make lots of foam and rinses off cleanly. They melt a little quicker than some other bars do, but I think that’s the trade off for them making so many bubbles. They are a little cheaper than other soaps too, so I’m fine with needing to purchase them a little more frequently. I have them on a subscription and I’ve been very happy with them.

My New Favorite Body Soap
This soap lathers very nicely and feels gentle on my skin. It does moisturize well I and can feel that comfort all day. I enjoy the smell of each of these, with the exception of the “Bay Rum” scent which leaves an unpleasant “rendered fat” odor. I do particularly like the “Pine Tar” scent. Overall, I like the product and will continue to use it maybe focusing on the later mentioned scent.

Nice, small gift for the guys.
Individually boxed bars (4) make great stocking stuffers for the guys. They smell great. Masculine fragrances are perfect for men. The Patchouli - often too strong - is lightly scented and not overwhelming at all. I think the Bay Rum is my favorite. Dont be afraid of the Pine Tar. It's black (!) and has oatmeal and charcoal, so it's slightly exfoliating and will take care of odor and itch! Also a great outdoor balsam fragrance, but light. Island citrus is a very light, pleasant and fresh scent. Sorry, cant comment on longevity. Will make a great gift.

The best men’s soap for the money
I absolutely love this stuff, being all natural is really cool. Smells great, the bars seem to last a while as well. Easily better than Squatch at half the price.

It's just too expensive
So, this is my first foray into this cold-pressed soap thing. This is for the Fresh Aloe scented bar. A friend had claimed that his bar of soap lasted for almost a month - WOW! So did my bar last as long? No...not even close. I would've been happy if I could get 20 - 25 showers on a single bar. I only got...six. This stuff costs $6 - $8 for a 5 oz. (as described - I have not confirmed with a scale). A bar of Lever 2000 (Cucumber and Aloe) - my go-to soap - is 4 oz. for a single bar and costs a little under $1, and I get 4 - 5 showers per bar. A bar of Dial (Icy Aloe) is 4 oz. for a single bar and costs over $1 per bar, and I got 8 - 9 showers per bar. I use a wash cloth, and I take lengthy showers that are 15 - 20 minutes - no, they are no splash & dash type showers. I get pretty grimy and sweaty due to my occupation, so this is a good workout for any soap. As much as I like the Lever 2000 product, the "new" (paper wrapper, not older cardboard box) soap formula does not lather well and doesn't last too long - see above. The Dial product, on the other hand, lathers very well and lasts surprisingly for a 4 oz. bar. This cold-pressed soap lathers slightly less than the Dial soap; it does lather a lot better than the Lever 2000 soap. My water is moderately hard, so those with softer water (or good water conditioners) should experience better lathering. The scent of the Fresh Aloe is natural and smells like "vegetation." Best I can describe the scent is that it smells like watermelon rind, since we just went through watermelon season. The scent is very mild and not overpowering like most mass-produced consumer soaps. This explains reviews that mention the soap not having too much scent. This soap does moisturize a little bit, but it does not leave a film like Dove does. I don't know if it's the aloe ingredient, but I used it when I had a bunch of cuts on my arm and was surprised it didn't sting as much as I thought. In fact, this Fresh Aloe felt like it helped heal all those cuts. Bottom line is that I was disappointed the soap didn't last longer; for the price it's just too expensive to justify it's purchase - maybe if I had more disposable income, this would be a no-brainer as the soap itself fits most of my needs. This stuff costs 4x - 6x as much versus the Lever 2000 and Dial products I already use, when factoring in how long each type of soap lasts! I would be willing to pay $2 - $3 per bar as a fair price, but not over $5!

The perfect bar
I was impressed with how long the bar lasted considering how many times it was used. The Cool Fresh Aloe scent was very refreshing!

Not For Me, 3.5 Stars
As the title says, I’m giving this product a 3.5 star, but rather than ruin its reputation, I gave it a 4 star. I’m giving this pack such a rating because it says it’s a masculine collection, but it’s really not. The scent is no where near masculine, unless you’re an older, mature man, like in your 50s. If that’s the case, this is perfect for you. The scents are really odd and rough, it’s almost a mesh of scents that it confuses your nose. There’s no real “scent” to them. That leads me to my other reason, that they lack scent. It’s strong when you take it out of the box, but after using it once or twice, there’s not much a lingering scent. You could say I’m being a little harsh on them, because what I’m looking for is a lingering, lasting scent that you could still smell once you get out of the shower. Shampoo has a strong scent, and other soaps like Dove leave your skin dry after rinsing, but their scents could still easily be distinguished. That’s not the case with these. However, they’re beautifully made and crafted bars. It’s a square, so the challenge is finding out how to scrub yourself with it, but once you do, it feels good on your skin. You don’t feel dry when you rinse it off, so they definitely moisturize, and they don’t have such a flimsy residue. What I mean by this is if you were to use a bar soap from the brand I mentioned, you could see and feel that the bar breaks down easily, leaving behind excess soap that you have to rinse over and over. That’s not the case with these. My big pickle with these is that they don’t have a lasting scent and they aren’t exactly a masculine scent, but overall, they’re a great product.
