The quality has improved a lot
The quality if the sauce has improved a lot comparing to the last time I purchased this product. The consistency is better. It is a little bit more sour and a little bit spicy(The way it's meant to be). It's not too sour or too spicy, it's just on the point. please keep this quality.

The best tkemali available on Amazon
This is a very high quality and authentic Georgian tkemali. Taste is delicious, and it includes rarely available in the U.S. "yellow" veriety. The packaging is excellent, the expiration date is at least 1 year and is a much superior quality than Marneuli tkemali currently sold in the U.S. The price is a bit steep given that the bottles are 370g but as long as it includes free shipping it's worth the price.

Broken pit chipped my tooth
I've been eating (more like drinking) Tkemali since I was 2 years old, but never had I seen a broken pit in a Tkemali. Tkemali is prepared by boiling and rubbing plums, not crashing them! Looks like I'm not the only one complaining about it, but unfortunately, I'm the only one who chipped a tooth on it. They should fix their production problem or stop selling this dangerous product ASAP! Disappointed to see such a lack of quality control, especially when customers are vigorously reporting the issue. I'm happy to re-subscribe when they confirm that qualify issues have been fixed.

Wonderful assortment of sauces - taste delicious and authentic
Wonderful assortment of sauces - taste delicious and authentic. Purchased to try with a Chicken Tabaka recipe and now can't imagine that recipe without the compliment of these sauces. Will try the sauces on other meats and vegetables, too - they are wonderful. The sauces arrived very quickly, and impeccably packaged. A+ in every way.

Probably better fresh?
I will start with a disclaimer that I am not of Georgian descent, and only found out about Tkemali sauce from watching YouTube cooking videos, mostly based in Azerbaijan and Iran. From these, I was expecting a brighter, more sour sauce. I was hoping maybe it might be similar to Japanese umeboshi paste. But these are rather sweet and almost overwhelmingly taste of the fenugreek. Now, I love fenugreek, a taste learned from consuming and cooking much Indian food. It's great used sparingly in curry blends, or even just by itself (ground seed anyway; I only really use the leaves in Indian recipes) in potato and egg dishes. But "sparingly" is the operative word. I don't know if it's the recipe itself for these sauces, or the fact that they're canned and sit for months, but honestly all you can taste is the fenugreek and it is not good. It makes the sauces taste stale and ... dead in the mouth. Also, I don't really taste much difference between the three, except the red plum variety is sweeter than the other two. I didn't get to sample much more than a simple taste of the yellow sauce, as my husband knocked the bottle on the floor and the bottom broke out. Guess what my kitchen smells like, days later? I gave it three stars because I do think that if you use any of these as a rub on meat that you then grill, it might improve/mitigate the strong fenugreek flavor. I will definitely try it next time I grill.

WOW
I still remember the taste of tkemali that my wife's grandma was bringing to us from Sukhumi every year 35-40 years ago - it was heavenly. I tried in vain so many times to purchase tkemali here, in US. Buying it in "Russian " stores was a pure disappointment each time, until I purchased this product. The taste of real thing. Highly recommend.

Unique
These were very unique. They each had their own flavor. They tasted pretty good. They could be used on many different food items. You should be aware that it has Fenugreek. This can affect people in different ways. It was listed in the ingredient list, but I wish it had been highlighted a little more in the product description. They were well packaged. The bottle was nice. I like that they are so unique and versatile. You get a lot for a reasonable price.

Delicious and authentic taste
So excited I found this, my boyfriend is from Georgia and we have been missing their amazing sauces. This tastes just like the Tkemali we eat when we are in Batumi.
