Would this fit an ottolink 7 super tone master alto saxophone mouthpiece ?

The C1RL MKIII model is for hard rubber. There is a Rovner lig for metal mouthpieces, the C1M (in the MKIII). The Rovner fit guide is here http://www.rovnerproducts.com/support/most-common-fit-guide.php. It should tell you what you want to know. They are great ligs!

How do you clean this without damaging it?

You can wipe it off with a cloth or tissue. It's pretty tough. I wouldn't worry about damaging it. Don't put it in the dishwasher. It is a good product that can nicely improve the tone of your sax.

Will this fit Yamaha 5c mouthpiece?

It looks like it should fit. As long as it is not a slim model it should fit. I purchased the lig but can't use it as all my mouthpieces are slim.

Yes it should fit, everything that has to do with the mouthpiece’s specific classification such as 5C or if it’s 4C etc., has to do with the interior of the mouthpiece. Make sure you select the right ligature. If your 5C mouthpiece is for a Tenor Sax or an Alto Sax the ligature must be the same (alto sax ligature has to go with the alto sax mouthpiece). If it’s for a clarinet mouthpiece you must buy the clarinet ligature.
